"The paperless recorder is a device that allows the user to record, store and analyze data in different places. the entire recorded data could be seen on the recorder's display screen. Simply by plugging in a flash memory card, the information can be backed up in Excel format and the user can transfer all of the information to a computer," Somaiyeh Khadem al Hosseini, the managing director of the Iranian knowledge-based company said, according to the website of the Vice Presidency for Science and Technology.

“With the help of formula definition feature and supporting all commonly used mathematical functions one can program this recorder. Among the other good things about this recorder, it is that the user can adjust the level of access to its settings and working with it,” she added.

Hosseini also said that the recorder allows reviewing data, the possibility of writing complicated formulas and equations for processing signals, the possibility of displaying graphs, digital, bar graphs, the ability to connect different types of thermocouples, thermoresistance, milliamps, voltage, frequency and resistance, protection of electric motors, transformers, turbines, and displaying, registering and controlling industrial projects are among other feature that the Iranian-made recorder has.

The managing director of the Iranian knowledge-based company also described measuring fluid, liquid conductivity, and measuring oxygen using zirconium oxide sensor and linearization of non-linear sensors as other capabilities of the device, adding that it is much more reasonably priced as it is compared to the imported foreign rivals.
